Support ticket analyzer

Build me a table to show my tickets from Zendesk. Add a button in the last column. When clicked, a modal should open to analyze the ticket using Open AI's gpt-4o-mini. The AI should return back to me the analysis of the ticket and what it thinks we can do to resolve it in a nicely formatted text. Make sure to show a loading state when calling the AI. Remember to write a great system prompt.
